at Cambridge Mexico, specializing in oracy, inclusive teaching practices, SEND, critical thinking, and the ethical use of AI in education. He leads the Oracy League initiative in Mexico, helping develop Oracy Champions across schools, and holds a master’s degree in language education focused on inclusive practices for SEND.

Not every student feels heard in the classroom, but every student deserves the opportunity to participate. This plenary explores how oracy can help create more inclusive and engaging English classrooms through structured talk, student voice, and meaningful interaction. Participants will explore practical oracy strategies to increase participation, build learner confidence, and support critical thinking and collaboration across diverse learning needs.
