Irene Tobias is an experienced educator and consultant with a deep commitment to human values and personal development. From 2003 to 2006, she taught English in South Korea across all school levels, breaking cultural barriers as one of the few Latin American English teachers in the country at the time. She holds a TESOL Certification as well as international certifications in Coaching by Values, Positive Discipline, and Life Coaching. 

With a master’s degree in education of Values, she has guided thousands of parents and educators through courses, workshops and private sessions. Currently studying child neuropsychology, Irene leads a signature six-week course that equips families to raise children grounded in empathy, responsibility, and emotional intelligence. She is the founder of ARETÉ Consultoría Integral en Valores, from where she fosters meaningful personal growth and inspires value-based leadership in every setting.

She currently hosts a radio program titled Despierta tus Valores, where she interviews professionals from diverse fields to highlight the importance of cultivating and promoting human values in everyday life.
