Marcelle Bernadette Marisol Taylor Vargas was born in Guatemala on April 20th, 1981. She holds a degree in PEM en Inglés from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a diplomado en Psicopedagogía from the Universidad Rafael Landívar. Additionally, she has a TTC (Teacher Training Course) certification. Marcelle is currently an academic trainer at the Instituto Guatemalteco Americano and has over ten years of teaching experience. She plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychopathology next year. In her free time, she enjoys creating art with resin and exercising.

Attendees will gain insights into tailored instructional techniques, adaptive classroom environments, and individualized support plans designed to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. By integrating these strategies, educators can create more inclusive and effective ESL classrooms that support the diverse needs of all learners.
